FOUNDER AND CREATOR
I was born in Brazil, raised in Norway, and have lived in seven countries. With mixed Norwegian and Macanese heritage, I grew up between cultures, travel, and driven environments — shaping my worldview and my fascination with human potential.
My foundation is in Business Management and Communications, and I spent years working across multinational corporations.

But in 2006, my life took a defining turn when my father — a devoted high-level executive — lost his life to colon cancer. One truth became clear: nothing matters if you don’t have a healthy body to live in.
​
This loss planted the seed for my next chapter. I began studying human psychology and earned certifications in Health Coaching, Personal Training, Yoga, and Executive Wellness Coaching. I wanted to understand why some people live in a healthy body naturally, while others struggle despite their effort.
In 2023, while serving in a senior leadership role, I reached a personal breaking point. I had the knowledge, ambition, and credentials — but not the body or identity I respected. I was burnt out, disconnected from myself, and knew I couldn’t continue living out of alignment. So I walked away from the corporate world for good and made a commitment to rebuild from the inside out.

I gave myself 100 days, during which​ I lost 8 kilos, quit alcohol, rebuilt my routines, and transformed my body and identity through daily discipline. It wasn’t about motivation or willpower — it was about becoming a different person.

I founded 100Days.io, a global movement built on one simple truth: you become fit by becoming the person who trains daily.
​
My philosophy is body-first transformation — start with the body, and identity follows. Through my Fit Identity and Elite Fit Identity programs, I help people build strong, healthy bodies through disciplined daily training, transforming who they are from the inside out until fitness becomes automatic, natural, and non-negotiable.

I also serve as Health & Wellness Ambassador and writer for Golf Inspired, sharing insights on fitness, mindset, and lifestyle for travelers, golfers, and high-performers worldwide.
